A GREAT MOLASSES PARADE - A 2003 Scrapbook

Hovering rain didn't keep folks away from the 36th annual West Virginia Molasses Festival parade yesterday afternoon. What appeared to be a record crowd enjoyed the parade, with rain holding off until the event was over.
