Active COVID-19 cases moved to 21,752 in Tuesday’s report from the state Department of Health and Human Resources.

The West Virginia Hospital Association puts hospitalizations at 756 patients with 247 patients in ICU and 132 of them being treated on ventilators.

Calhoun has 28 new cases Tuesday, 30 new cases Monday, totaling 59 new cases so far this week.

Added to 129 cases last week, a total of 188 cases. There are earlier residual cases that should be added for a total number of cases.
