REGIONAL ARRESTS

Clay County authorities arrested Ronnie Welch, 39, charging him with multiple offenses. He is charged with fleeing on foot, driving suspended, no insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, and improper registration. Bond set at $10,000. Braxton authorities arrested Andrew Clay Drake, Sr., 30, charging him with domestic battery. Gilmer authorities arrested Tammy Sue Triplett, 26, charging her with false swearing. Bond at $10,000. They are in Central Regional Jail.
