Low water bridge continues to collapse A decayed swinging bridge allows access by foot A Calhoun Road has been closed indefinitely, according to the WVDOT in Parkersburg, effective May 19. A low water bridge at Raccoon Run, which has been in disrepair for years, has continued to collapse. The low water bridge is across Steer Creek along Russet Road. The problem causes a few residents difficulty in reaching the outside world.
