Stallman Child Dies From Burns<

Burns suffered when blazing coal oil sprayed her clothing at the family home at Henrietta on Saturday evening proved fatal 24 hours later for Minnie Maxine Stallman, three-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thurman Stallman.

Minnie and her sister were playing near a stove at the Stallman home when the sister by accident threw some coal oil on her, the oil becoming ignited from the stove, inflicting serious burns. The child was rushed to Grantsville to the office of Dr. C.P. Artz where medical aid was rendered, but the burns proved too serious and the child died Sunday evening at 6:15.
