High School Site to be Selected in 1915

Will Select Site July 19th

The Board of Directors for the Calhoun County High School met at the Courthouse Tuesday and organized by electing J.M. Hamilton, of Center district, president.  By the terms of the act creating the high school, A.E. Weaver, the county superintendent, is secretary of the board.

The board transacted no business whatever, the meeting being for the purpose of organization. After the organization was completed the board adjourned to meet Monday, July 19th, when they will select a site for the building.  It is conceded that the school will be located at or near Grantsville and some of the members of the board were out Tuesday looking at the various sites proposed but no definite action was taken and none of the members expressed a preference.
