Joey Riddle and Cai Clothier take 1st at at Mt. Snow

Team Bon Jovi/WV hit the road to Vermont this past weekend, and did not come home empty-handed - Joey Riddle (expert 24-29) took a 1st place finish in the Cross Country race, and Cai Clothier (Junior 11&12) took 1st in the Short Track XC.

Steve Thaxton also hit the podium with a 3rd place finish in the Expert 40-44 Cross Country, and a 4th place finish in the Expert 30+ Short Track. Cai Clothier placed 3rd in the Cross Country in the Junior 14 and under class, Joey Riddle placed 9th in the Expert 19-29 Short Track, Clay Evans took 10th in the Semi-Pro Short Track, and Andrew Fetty, racing Junior Expert, placed 11th in the Short Track and 28th in the Cross Country.

Women's Pros Jenny Smith, Team Bon Jovi's adopted New Zealander, placed 13th in the Short Track and 22nd in the Cross Country, while Mandi Riddle placed 35th in the Short Track and 37th in Cross Country. Bryan Fawley, Men's Pro, placed 34th in the Short Track and 28th in the Cross Country.

After 5 NORBA National Mountain Bike Series Races, Steve Thaxton is ranked 1st in his respective Short Track and Cross Country classes, Joey Riddle is ranked 1st in Cross Country and 2nd in Short Track, and Clay Evans is ranked 1st in Short Track and 12th in Cross Country. Jenny Smith is the 13th ranked Women's Pro in both fields. Andrew Fetty, in his 2nd year of mountain bike racing, is currently ranked 13th in Cross Country and 27th in Short Track - in the Cross Country field he is the 2nd highest ranked 16 year old in the country. Bryan Fawley, Men's Pro, is currently ranked 29th in Short Track and 33rd in Cross Country, while Mandi Riddle (Women's Pro) is ranked 35th in Short Track and 36th in Cross Country.
