TUESDAY WV COVID-19 REPORT - 96 NEW CASES

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources confirmed 96 new COVID-19 cases and one additional death in its report on June 8.

The DHHR confirmed 308 new COVID-19 cases and eight additional deaths in its report on Monday.

The DHHR reports there have been 2,955,954 (+3,481) total confirmatory laboratory results received for COVID-19, with 162,636 (+96) total cases and 2,822 (+1) total deaths.

According to the DHHR dashboard, there are currently 3,431 active cases and 156,383 recovered cases in the state.
