| American Rescue Plan money is expected to roll into West Virginia this summer, according to Sen. Joe Manchin's office, counties and metro cities will receive it "no later than 60 days after" May 10th, and towns no more than 30 days after the date. The grant money is a shot in the arm for WV counties too. Grantsville is getting $210,000. Regionally the American Rescue Plan distribution: Glenville $600,000 Elizabeth $350,000 Spencer $850,000 Harrisville $700,000 Sutton $410,000 Gassaway $350,000 Clay $180,000 Reedy $70,000
