GUNS PULLED - Two men involved in a vehicle accident on High Street, Morgantownm started arguing and pulled firearms on each other, police say. Omharion E. Kershaw, 18, of Pittsburgh, and Ryan M. Sawyer, 22, of Independence, were involved in a vehicle accident on High Street in Morgantown. After the accident, witnesses stated that the Kershaw and Sawyer pulled firearms on each other, according to Patrolman Holder. Patrolman Holder received video of the incident showing the two men involved in the accident “arguing and waiving their firearms in the middle of High Street,” according to the police report. FAYETTE MURDER - A shooting in the Robson area of Fayette County resulted in a murder arrest. Deputies were called to the scene around 2 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021. When investigators arrived, they found the body of the victim Craig Anthony Cottle with several gunshot wounds. The suspect, Doug Greene, was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder. Deputies said Greene went to Cottle’s house with a handgun, and then there was a confrontation. Further details about the case were not released. Greene is being taken to Southern Regional Jail.
