PROSECUTOR RELEASES CIRCUIT COURT DISPOSITIONS

Calhoun prosecutor Nigel Jefferies released disposition of cases before Calhoun Circuit Court, Thursday:

Austin Dailey - Hearing on State's Motion to Revoke Probation. Defendant's probation was revoked. Sentenced to one (1) year for his conviction of Accessory After the Fact; and one (1) year for his conviction of Destruction Of property.

Kim Duskey - Hearing on State's Motion to Revoke High/Low Supervision. Defendant's High/Low Plea probationary period was revoked. The Defendant was convicted of felony Possession with the Intent to Deliver. The Defendant was sentenced to fifteen days in jail and placed on probation for five (5) years.

Christopher Lamp and Jarred Nicholas - Arraignment continued until February 11th.

Darren Parsons - Arraignment. Entered a plea of Not Guilty. Trial date set.

Michael Keeney, II -Arraignment. Entered a plea of Not Guilty. Entry of plea hearing set.

John Fisher - Arraignment. Entered a plea of Not Guilty. Trial date set.

Travis Wayne Moore - Hearing on the State's Motion to Revoke Probation. Defendant failed to appear. Capias issued.

Gary Nicholson/Brian Hardman/ Carrie Ball/ April Ball - Pretrial. Trial date set.

Robert Hupp - Hearing on State's Motion to Revoke High/Low Supervision. Defendant's High/Low Plea probationary period was revoked. The Defendant was convicted of felony Possession with the Intent to Deliver. Sentencing set.
