MONDAY COVID-19 REPORT - 117 News Case, 900 Active Cases In Kanawha

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources reported two new coronavirus deaths Monday morning, bringing the state's death total to 312.

An 80-year-old woman and a 75-year-old man, both from Kanawha County, have died.

There are 900 active COVID-19 cases in Kanawha County.

On Monday morning, there were 117 new COVID-19 cases reported in the Mountain State, bringing the total positive cases to 14,171. There are 3,544 active cases.

The cumulative positive testing rate on Monday was 2.73% and the daily positive rate was 2.03%.
