Twelve states have hit daily virus records, with cases up 15% in the US during the past two weeks.

State health officials confirmed 32 new coronavirus cases in West Virginia Saturday as the number of active cases continues to rise again.

While the state is reporting increased positive and more active cases, the overall positive test rate remains at 1.68%. There are now 729 active cases in the state.

Two WVU football players have the virus.

Several county outbreaks, including 19 cases in Preston, have outbreaks connected to Myrtle Beach.

Across America, the number of cases are reaching new highs in a number of states.

A new Calhoun case announced earlier by the MOVHD is not yet on the state summary.

At least 1,669 residents have recovered from the virus.

No new virus-related deaths were confirmed Saturday morning, keeping the state’s death toll at 88.
