|The Calhoun County High School, Class of 2020 will have their Graduation Ceremony on June 26th at 7:00 p.m. in front of the school at Mt. Zion.|
If possible, a live feed of graduation will be broadcast.
* Please note the following guidelines for Graduates and Families:
Limit of one regular/standard sized vehicle for each graduate and family members. The stage will be set up in front of the school. Graduates are to be in the vehicle dressed for graduation and wearing their cap and gown. Graduates will remain in the vehicle with their family until directed to exit vehicle. ONLY THE GRADUATE MAY EXIT THE VEHICLE. Graduates will walk across the stage, be announced, pick up their diploma, return to their vehicle, and proceed to the front parking lot where they will park and remain inside the vehicle until the graduation ceremony has ended.
The Graduation Ceremony will be broadcast over Radio Station 91.5.
Lifetouch will take photographs of each graduate. Senior Class funds will cover the cost of 1 photograph per Graduate which will be mailed to his/her home. Graduates will have the opportunity to order more photographs at their own expense.
All speeches and readings by the Graduates will be recorded and broadcast at the end of the ceremony.
The band and choir WILL NOT PERFORM LIVE.
Programs will be distributed by staff members who will be wearing PPE.
All staff assisting with graduation will observe social distancing and other recommended safety protocol.
There is to be no smoking on school property. Public restrooms will not be available. This graduation plan has been approved by the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department.
