To the communities that we serve,

The directors and officers of Calhoun Banks will always put the safety of our employees and customers in the forefront of our decision-making process. The past few weeks have necessitated some changes in how banking services are delivered in our communities. We appreciate your patience as we face these challenges and develop the safest alternatives for us all going forward.

We have not stopped providing financial services for our communities throughout this COVID-19 pandemic. If you would like to open a new deposit account, access your safe deposit box or obtain a loan, we will make arrangements to get this done in the safest way for both you and our employees.

We will begin offering appointments for inside the bank transactions on Wednesday, May 20th. Please call your local office and schedule an appointment at your convenience. Our office phone numbers are Grantsville 304-354-6106, Arnoldsburg 304-655-8347, Elizabeth 304-275-0996 and Glenville 304-462-5051. Numbers of customers in our lobbies will be restricted for an undetermined amount of time to allow for proper social distancing and honoring of the group sizes outlined in the Governor’s plan.

Once you step into our lobbies again, you will notice a few improvements that we have installed for your protection as well as our staff. We have translucent screens at our teller lines as well as in some of our customer facing offices. We hope these added protections do not interfere with our goal of providing you with outstanding customer service.

As always, we encourage the continued utilization of our drive-thrus, walk-ups, ATMs, internet banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking as the safest banking methods for everyone. If you need assistance with any of these alternatives, please reach out and we will help you navigate your way through these delivery channels.

Sincerely, Martha Haymaker
President and Chief Executive Officer
