GOVERNOR JUSTICE ISSUES "STAY HOME" DECISION - Order Published

WV governor Jim Justice issued a "stay home" order Monday with the COVID-19 virus, after a nursing home person has a confirmed case not related to out-of-state contact.

Justice said WV is the highest risk state in the US to contract the virus, related to an elderly population, a state whose unhealthy conditions ranks very high.

The order goes into effect Tuesday.

All non-essential businesses are ordered to be closed.
