GUNS AND BOMBS - A Buckhannon man was indicted Tuesday after allegedly making an explosive bomb and possessing two pistols while being a felon.

William John Clark, 62, is accused of making a destructive device, possessing an unregistered firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm. U.S. Attorney Bill Powell said Tuesday that Clark, a convicted felon, had a .22-caliber pistol and a .22-caliber revolver.

The charges stem from an incident earlier this month in Upshur County.
