The West Virginia State Police says two people are dead after a shooting stemmed from an argument over a hunting lease Friday evening.

State police, Greenbrier County deputies and Nicholas County deputies all responded Friday to a shooting call around 4:30 p.m. near the Greenbrier and Nichloas County line on Coleman Rd. in Williamsburg.

Troopers said Jeremiah Thomas and Jennifer Thomas were shot and killed.

During the investigation, troopers found out the shooting started as an argument between the victims and Randy Barnhart and Terri Storer. They said the argument was over a hunting lease.

No charges have been filed yet, state troopers said they expect charges to be filed soon.
