| The Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Council in Parkersburg is looking for a man living in the region.
They have a paycheck to give him.
Carol Jackson, Executive Director of the MOVRC, says is anyone knowns the whereabouts of Bridgar Seth Buckner, about 18, they should have him contact the agency at 304-422-4993 (Ext. 122) so they can deliver it to him.
