COUNTY SHERIFF'S DRUG INTERDICTION PATROLS MAKE THREE ARRESTS

Over the weekend, the Calhoun Sheriff's Department conducted drug Interdiction patrols in various areas of the county. The Interdiction patrols resulted in 3 arrests for possession of methamphetamine.

Taylor Shyann Richards and Andrew Scott Lyons were arrested by Chief Deputy Jason Chang for possession of methamphetamine and marijuana after a search of their vehicle. They are in Central Regional Jail on $20,000 cash only bond.

Teresa Dawn Copen was arrested by Sheriff Jeff Starcher for possession of methamphetamine, operating an ATV on a road with a centerline, and driving while license suspended. Copen also had an active warrant for her arrest out of Jackson County for failure to appear, at the time of the traffic stop. She is also in Central Regional Jail.
