| A Clay County man has been charged with sexual assault 3rd degree.
Tyler Brooks Postewait, 19, is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $100,000.
Rebecca Ann Conrad, 37, has been charged with shoplifting, public intoxication and obstructing an officer.
She is in Central Regional Jail. |
