| Timothy Tallhammer, 39, of Sinking Springs Road was arrested Friday by Sheriff Jeff Starcher and Deputy C. J. Myers.
The officers went to the residence looking for Heather Starcher, Tallhamer's girlfriend, related to probation violation.
Tallhammer advised the officers Starcher was not present, saying he did not know her whereabouts.
Sheriff Starcher asked for permission to search the residence, discovering Starcher hiding in a closet. She was taken into custody.
The officers also discovered a container with methamphetamine.
Tallhammer was charged with a misdemeanor count for possessing meth and one misdemeanor count for obstructing an officer. He is in Central Regional Jail.
