AES students are happy with their new books

Before Christmas break, activity kits and books were gifted to Save the Children through corporate partnerships with Scholastic and Penguin Random House Publishing Company.

Those activity kits and books were distributed to the students of Calhoun County. The books will be a fine start for building home libraries for children.

Robin Hudson VROOM Community Ambassador for Save the Children (shown left with first grade student Landon Hawkins) and her husband Kim Hudson distribute books donated to each student, at Arnoldsburg Elementary School. Each student went home with several books.

AES students and staff say, "Thank you, Save the Children, for all you do for the students of Calhoun County."
