The Grand Jury of Calhoun County met on January 2, 2019 in Calhoun County. Judge Anita Harold Ashley presided. After hearing cases presented by Prosecutor Shannon S. Johnson after due deliberation, the Grand Jury returned the following indictments:

Joey Allen Barnett, 36, Christopher Scott Lamp, 27, Loralee Lamp AKA Loralee Brown, 29, and Jedidiah Daniel Stutler, 21 were indicted on one count of Attempt to Commit a Felony, a Felony; one count Conspiracy, a Felony; one count Petit Larceny, a Misdemeanor; one count Conspiracy, a Misdemeanor; and one count Possession of a Counterfeit and Unauthorized Access Device a Misdemeanor. The allegations are that the individuals stole a wallet and attempted to use a debit card belonging to Donna Erlewine at Grantsville Gino's. This case was investigated by Trooper First Class D. C. Moore of the West Virginia State Police.

Johnny Ray Blosser, 47, was indicted on one count of Driving Revoked for DUI Third Offense, a Felony This case was investigated by Trooper First Class D. C. Moore of the West Virginia State Police.

Jason Conrad, 38, and Amber Wilford 25, were indicted on one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Felony; two counts Conspiracy, both Felonies; and one count of Child Neglect Creating Risk of Injury, a Felony. This case was investigated by Trooper First Class B. E. Young of the West Virginia State Police.

Lizzie May Ferrell, 37, was indicted on one count of Abuse of an Incapacitated Adult, a Felony. This case was investigated by Trooper First Class B. E. Young of the West Virginia State Police.

Benjamin Paul Jackson, 41, was indicted on one count of Driving Revoked for DUI Third Offense a Felony. This case was investigated by Sheriff Jeff Starcher of the Calhoun County Sheriff's Department.

Jonathan David McIntyre, 35, was indicted on one count of Burglary, a Felony; one count of Grand Larceny, a Felony; one count of Fleeing from an Officer by Any Means Other than the Use of a Vehicle, Misdemeanor; one count of Driving Revoked for DUI, a Misdemeanor; and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. both Misdemeanors. This case was investigated by Trooper First Class B. E. Young of the West Virginia State Police.
