CALHOUN WOMAN SERVING JAIL TIME FOR EMBEZZLEMENT

(08/12/2018)
February Michelle Williams, 40, of Calhoun, who was convicted by a jury earlier this year on embezzlement, is serving time in Central Regional Jail.

Judge Anita Ashley sentenced her to one to ten years in the state penitentiary. The judge suspended the execution of that sentence and placed Williams on five years supervised probation.

She was ordered to serve sixty consecutive weekends in the Regional Jail and must make restitution to the victims, Kenny and Debbie Arnold and Jack and Janet Marks in the amount of $17,446.85.

The embezzlement was from the former Pit Stop at Mt. Zion.
