A widely attended event sponsored by the West Central Beekeepers Association is returning to the Arnoldsburg Community Building on Saturday, September 8 (10 am to 6 pm).

The importance of maintaining a bee population, which is threatened in West Virginia and around the nation, will be highlighted with beekeeping seminars.

The Honey Products and Craft Show will feature local honey, honey products, with crafts for sale.

Vendors will be there for leather, goat milk soap, primitives, hand painted items, woodworking, Christmas items and other crafts.

A lasagna dinner with the fixins' will be served from from noon to 5:30 p.m., adults $5 and children $3. Other snacks will be served.

The event will also feature door prices, raffles and a free bee hive.
