Sheriff Jeff Starcher welcomes Deputy Sheriff Jason Chang
Sheriff Jeff Starcher has welcomed new Deputy Sheriff Jason Chang.
Deputy Chang is currently a resident of Gilmer County but will soon be making Calhoun County his home.
Deputy Chang holds a degree in criminal justice from Glenville State College. He will be required to attend the West Virginia State Police Academy within one year and will be released for duty once a field training program is completed.
