A Calhoun County man who sold a stolen tractor in Roane County was sentenced to 1-to-10 years in prison Monday.

Michael Ray Hall Jr., 36, of Chloe pled guilty to transferring stolen property involving a $50,000 tractor reported stolen in Ohio.

Hall and Dylan Little, 25, of Big Springs were charged with selling the tractor to Little's uncle for $10,000, although Little denied having any knowledge the tractor was stolen.

Little was acquitted in a jury trial in April. Hall testified at the trial and said he never told Little the tractor was stolen, only that he needed to get rid of it in hurry.

Roane Circuit Judge Anita Ashley gave Hall 132 days credit on the sentence for time served.
