The Town of Grantsville, the county seat of Calhoun, has faded
from its former glory with a population of about 1,200 in 1940
to about 550 people today, a once thriving business community is gone,
the route of many Appalachian towns, although in comparison it still
looks pretty good in 2017 (Photos courtesy of Quentin Murphy)
