Calhoun's Harold "Kitty" Wilson, whose longtime service to the Boy Scouts of America, was honored one-more-time for his service at a special recognition leadership dinner in 2017. Wilson is well into his 90s.

Wilson, whose Green Beret experience was a background for teaching self discipline, promptness and policing your own area, was a teacher and father figure to generations of Calhoun kids.

Wilson has received multiple honors for his dedicated service.
