| Calhoun's buck kill was down 457 from 2002, according to DNR game biologist J. R. Hill of Parkersburg.
Hill said figures are still unofficial, but the Calhoun buck kill was 1,154 for the past two weeks, compared to 1,611 last year.
Calhoun hunter's checked in 804 doe during the two week season.
Reports indicate the deer kill was down in most if not all West Virginia counties. |
