The Dove Tree was decorated and lit last night at Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center. Shown is Anne Smith, who was placing remembrance doves on the tree for her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Barnes and her brother, Dr. William Barnes.
Anne was soon joined by several other community members who placed about 250 doves on the tree. The Dove Tree project is a fundraiser for Friends of Minnie Hamilton. The funds are used for several hospital projects. One of the organizers, Pat Radabaugh, expressed thanks for those who purchased the doves and helped with the project.
