| 8 PM - State Route 16 south of Arnoldsburg is still closed, with water blocking the highway in numerous places.
The West Fork is slowly receding, but water is still blocking U. S. 33-119 at Arnoldsburg. It is expected to open later tonight.
The West Fork is over Altizer Road and Henry's Fork.
The Little Kanawha is expected to cut off traffic on Rt. 5 and Rt. 7 soon. Water is in the road at Cain's Riffle.
