Phyllis Carol Campbell, 64, of Vienna died Nov. 13, 2003, at Charleston Area Medical Center.
She was born June 13, 1939 in Annamoriah, W.Va., a daughter of the late Howard and Leona Bassnett Rader. She was a graduate of Calhoun County High School, was a Baptist by faith and was a homemaker. She had a deep affection for her family and pets.
She is survived by her husband, Gerald T. Campbell, who she married Dec. 23, 1956; two sons, Gerald B. Campbell and his wife, Rebecca, and Brian E. Campbell, all of Vienna; one brother, Louis Rader of Annamoria; two grandsons, Dillon and Brandon Campbell of Vienna; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of Vienna, with the Rev. Dan Wentworth officiating. Burial will be in McCray Cemetery, near Creston, W.Va. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. today and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
