Juanita Lee Hunt, 86, of Walton, died Sunday, October 26, 2003, in the Charleston Area Medical Center, Memorial
Hospital, Charleston, after a short illness.
She was born June 24, 1917, at Walton, a daughter of the late Howard Elsworth and Lillie Mae Harper Lee. She
was a homemaker and mother. She was a lifelong resident of Roane County. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and gardening.
Survivors include her husband, Harold Eugene Hunt, whom whe married June 1, 1940; children, Doris Harden of
Byron, GA, Arlen Hunt of Las Vegas, NV, Carl Hunt of Congress, AZ, Patty Hubbard of Annandale, VA, and Charles Hunt
of Byron, GA; sisers, Ruby Brannon of Gandeeville and Violet Weaver of Liberty; brothers, Elmer Lee of Loncoln Park, MI,
Carl Lee of Spencer, and Oral Lee of Old Town, FL; seven grandchildre and three great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Aaron Lee.
A funeral service will be conducted Friday, October 31 at 11:00 a.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer,
with the Rev. Jerry Board officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Walton.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday.
