Larry Ray Hall, 59, of York, S.C., died Oct. 1, 2003, at his home.
Born in Clendenin, W.Va., he was a son of the late Forest and Lenora Hurley Hall.
He was a production manager with South Carolina Educational Television and Radio. Among his favorite projects were his service as host of the radio program "Stay a Little Longer" and his work with the South Carolina Educational Television show "Mary Long's Yesteryear."
He also was very proud to be an honorary archaeologist for the State of South Carolina. Always interested in nature, he used his work with West Virginia Educational Television to help save Canaan Valley from destruction. He was a member of Palmetto Promenader's Square Dance Club.
Surviving are his wife, Donna Engle Hall; two sons, Sean Edwin Hall and Chad Tristan Hall, both of York; one daughter, Mary Beth Edwards of York; two sisters, Debbie Stewart of Weston, W.Va., and Kay Taylor of Clendenin; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Monday at Mt. Liberty Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Monday at Mt. Liberty Church, Tanner, W.Va.
