One of Grantsville's landmarks will be auctioned to the highest bidder. The
Grantsville Hotel and Restaurant will go on the block September 30th (10 a.m.)
lock, stock and barrel.
The original Jeffery's Hotel dates back over 100 years, with the old structure being
revitalized about 40 years ago. A short time later a restaurant was added. It has
been operated by several different owners, with a major renovation to the eatery in
the past three years.
The entire structure and contents will be auctioned. Terms require a 20% down on
