Tuesday's flooding caused the Little Kanwha River to rise.
The National Weather Service said the water crested early Wednesday near 28 feet.
The river was at 15.5 feet at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The NWS was projecting the river to crest near 30 feet.
Flood stage is 36 feet at Grantsville. |
