| Gas prices are a jumpin' at stations in the region, some as high as $1.69 a gallon for regular, or more.
The increase was as much as 20 cents from weekend prices. In some cases, it's seems to be the highest gas prices since last winter.
The increases are blamed on problems from power outages to pipeline problems to the war.
The latest AAA report lists the average gas price in the area about $1.58.
