An Arnoldsburg man, Justin Snider, has been issued five felony charges
and eight
misdemeanor charges, according to records in the Calhoun Magistrates
Court. Snider
was stopped on March 9 by Sgt. John Bonazzo while on road patrol.
He is being held in the regional jail in Flatwoods in lieu of $61,000
bond, according to
records from Magistrate Steve Johnson.
Bonazzo said he noticed a motorcycle that did not have any headlight
and was
swerving from side to side. Snider's vehicle had a stolen plate.
Apparently after the
traffic stop, Snider signed the wrong name to the citation.
The felony charges include receiving/transferring stolen property, two
charges of
forgery and two charges of uttering.
The misdemeanor charges include no motor vehicle inspection, failure
to keep right,
registration violations, driving on suspended DUI, no proof of
insurance, operating an
unsafe vehicle, giving false information and no headlight.
