Delegate Bill Stemple (left) was given a plaque by Calhoun Board of Education President Rick Fitzwater (right), recognizing him for his dedication to obtaining financial assistance for the Calhoun school system. Fitzwater said "We neglected to express our deep appreciation, until now."
Superintendent of Schools Ron Blankenship said "Without Del. Stemple's help, we would have been in some really tough situations, keeping afloat."
