| Bernard E. Wallbrown, 84, of Spencer died July 10, 2003, at Miletree Health Care Center, Spencer.
He was born June 3, 1919, in Calhoun County, a son of the late William Henry and Grace Price Wallbrown. He retired form Teledyne-Monarch Rubber in Hartville, Ohio, after 20 years and served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II.
He is survived by three sisters, Hazel Brannon of Arnoldsburg, Pearl King of Arnoldsburg and Eula Hall of Spencer; and one brother, Dale Wallbrown of Arnoldsburg.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Crystal Irene Wallbrown, and two brothers, Harley and Carl Wallbrown.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Robert Shannon officiating. Burial will be in the Liberty Hill Cemetery in Calhoun County. Visiting hours will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
