Clock took days of detailed work
Train is much in demand
It takes hours and hours of detailed work to make the items - fret work - using scroll
saws, but the results are objets of beauty, worthy of family heirlooms.
The shelves, plaques, clocks and dozens of other objects are made by "Up A Holler."
They are the creation of a couple of Calhoun craftsmen from Lemuel's Run - Daniel
Marks and Jim Murphy.
The crafts are on display and for sale at the Calhoun County Wood Festival.
For further information about the creations and the reasonable prices, call
304-354-9002.
