The Town of Grantsville elected a new mayor yesterday. Newcomer Neil
Blankenship defeated incumbent Gary Knight 88 to 57. Blankenship will take office
on July 1.
Phelma Jane Wease was elected Recorder 99 votes (unopposed).
Five members of council were elected, one being an incumbent.
