One of the region's largest greenhouses is a hot spot of activity this time of year,
selling a large variety of plants and flowers. The giant complex, Sims Greenhouse
and Water Garden is located on Route 14 between Spencer and Elizabeth, not far
from Palestine.
They produce annuals, perennials, vegetable plants, trees and shrubs in addition to
selling pond supplies, aquatic plants, mulch and special soils.
Bryan and Shari Sims, the owners, say their motto is "Where quality and variety
make colorful things happen!"
