Banker Jim Bennett was a 2-to-1 choice for the honors to kiss the pig, a Relay for
Life Fundraiser. Bennett said "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." A small but
exuberant group cheered Bennett as the pig squealed loudly. At one local "Kiss the
Goat" contests a while back, after a local pastor kissed the goat, it died. (Not right
away)
Mt. Zion Um Church youth pumped gas at Baker's Mart (and sold baked goods) for a
Relay For Life fundraiser.
Carlene Frederick, working hard, helping the local anti-tobacco
group with their fundraiser.
Rev. Harry Siers promotes the dime toss for Enon Church.
Enon's Relay for Life event included a yard sale, baked goods, hot dogs and
carnival.
