| Denzil Leach, 80, of Grantsville died April 21, 2003 at his residence. He was born in
Calhoun County, son of the late Burton and Myrtle Workman Leach.
He was retired from the Hope Gas Company, now Dominion, with 34 years service as
a skilled mechanic. He was a former member of the Grantsville VFD, a U. S. Army
Veteran and a skilled wood worker.
he is survived by his wife, Patricia "Peeps" Godfrey Leach; sons, Bernard Leach of
Grantsville and David Leach and his wife Patricia of Oklahoma; a brother, Logan
Leach of Oklahoma; a sister, Melvie Davidson of Barberton; two grandsons and one
great-grandson.
He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Rita Collins Leach.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Stump Funeral Home in
Grantsville with the Rev. Carroll McCauley officiating. Interment in Bethlehem
Cemetery. Visitation 6-9 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior the service.
