| One year ago the Hur Herald quit doing daily news, but has continued doing new history stories and bumping up old history stories.
Thousands of photos, people, humor and history stories are still available.
Needless to say, the readership dropped from 35,000 distinct readers to 2,000 readers, with no funds to keep the massive 26 year archives available.
We no longer have any paid advertisers.
We suggest that readers who have interest in past stories and photos , make hard copies of those articles that interest them - it's free.
The archives have been donated to Glenville State College.
