| Braxton authorities arrested two over the weekend.
Joshua Thomas Harper, 31, was charged with domestic assault and battery.
Tanya Marie Conrad, 45, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and shoplifting.
They are in Central Regional Jail. |
