| A Roane County man was arrested Thursday by authorities.
Michael Lee Skiles, 39, was charged with the disruption of a government process.
Clay authorities arrested Freda Jill Legg, 44, convicted for the possession of a controlled substance.
They are in Central Regional Jail. |
